VMG Partners - Phase 2
VMG Partners Phase 2 consists of the 1143 sf tenant improvement of an existing office suite on the first floor of Building 39 in the Presidio. VMG Partners was quickly outgrowing their existing office space and needed a larger conference room with associated amenities for all staff gatherings and external team meetings. VMG choose JBP Architects to design and plan the new space.
The annexed space includes a large, fully-automated conference room, a staff lounge, bar and kitchen with eat-in island. The renovation showcases large double-hung windows, raw concrete floors and exposed mechanical ductwork and compliments the industrial feel of the existing space with the addition of contemporary, yet warm, materials and furnishings. Lighted display areas were incorporated throughout to highlight the array of food and beverage products in the VMG portfolio.
